GANT India offers a hassle-free return policy allowing customers to return or exchange unworn items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your GANT account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Place the product in its original box along with all invoices and tags to ensure it passes our quality inspection.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once the request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
